Presented by Tihati Productions, whose performers bring more than 50 years of experience to the stage, the evening features traditional song, hula, live music, and Polynesian performance inspired by the legends of Maui and the first peoples of the South Pacific. Guests enjoy a thoughtfully curated cultural experience paired with a multi-course tasting of traditional Hawaiian cuisine.
